Complex laws, high customer requirements and our proven, in-house NOSTA standards: The demands placed on us are high. To meet all these demands, we continuously subject our company and our branches to a transparent quality management. We also rely on certificates issued by external experts to confirm the high quality of our services.
In 2022, our branches again rose to this challenge and mastered it successfully. In the case of audits by external certification bodies, the results read very well: all eight audits were successfully completed at the examined sites in Germany and Poland.
Certificates as confirmation of good work
The most common certificates remain those in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. A total of 14 NOSTA sites have these certificates, which focus on work in the areas of quality management and environmental management. In addition, depending on their focus, some branches have further certificates that focus on food safety or the handling of hazardous goods.
A particularly impressive example of good work in the area of quality management was provided by the NOSTA branches in Poland. A total of four audits were carried out in Poland by independent experts, all of which were successful. These included existing certificates in the areas of feed and food safety, which could be renewed without any limitations.
Certifications will be continued
For 2023, we will continue to work hard to ensure the quality of our work. In addition to internal reviews, we will once again bring in outside expertise to NOSTA branches to meet the demands. An overview of all current certifications within the NOSTA Group can be found on our website.
