Janina Reichert Becomes Head of Sales Germany

Osnabrück, May 05, 2026 – The NOSTA Group is restructuring its sales organization in Germany: Effective May 1, 2026, Janina Reichert will assume the position of Head of Sales Germany, taking responsibility for all nationwide sales activities of the full-service logistics provider. The aim of this realignment is to leverage the Group’s full range of services more effectively for customers and to drive profitable growth.

“With the consolidation of sales responsibility under Janina Reichert, we are sharpening our market focus and ensuring that we deliver the right solutions to the right customers. At the same time, we are aligning our services in a way that allows our customers to benefit from integrated solutions from a single source,” says Nicolas Gallenkamp, CEO of the NOSTA Group.

With the new structure, the company is bundling its sales activities and consistently aligning them toward holistic customer support along the entire supply chain. The goal is to leverage synergies within the Group more effectively and to offer customers integrated logistics solutions from a single source, tailored to their individual requirements.

Reichert has been part of the NOSTA Group since 2009, starting her career at the Viernheim location. Over the years, she has held various operational and sales roles, including positions in dispatching, customer service, as well as inside and field sales. Since 2014, she has increasingly taken on leadership responsibilities, including roles as Field Sales Manager, Head of Customer Development, and most recently Team Lead Sales.

Commenting on her new role, Reichert says: “Successful sales, to me, is built on genuine teamwork – both within the team and in close collaboration with our operational departments. What matters most is consistently putting our customers at the center and working across functions. My goal is to shape a sales organization that fully leverages these strengths and further deepens our customer relationships.”

By consolidating nationwide sales activities under the responsibility of Janina Reichert, the NOSTA Group underlines its ambition to strengthen sales as a key driver of its continued growth and strategic development.

In her new role, Janina Reichert succeeds Sven Hornig, who left the company last year at his own request.
