Contract Logistics for Panasonic Marketing Europe in Ladbergen
At its Ladbergen site, the NOSTA Group operates a tailored logistics solution for Panasonic across 12,000 square meters of logistics space. The scope of services includes goods receipt, warehousing, order picking and goods dispatch. The operational concept is complemented by customer-specific storage technology as well as scan-based measurement and weighing of the packages.
Over the past few months, the cooperation has been transferred step by step into regular operations.
A Logistics Partnership Spanning Several Decades
The NOSTA Group has been working with Felix Schoeller since 1988.
Over the years, this long-standing cooperation has developed into a comprehensive logistics partnership that today includes European road transport, global dispatch coordination and contract logistics at two locations in Germany. The logistics processes have been continuously developed and adapted to new requirements, products and markets.
Warehousing and Fulfillment for a Growth Market
At its Ladbergen site, the NOSTA Group handles various logistics processes for Pets Nature.
In addition to warehousing and transport, the scope of services also includes eCommerce operations and fulfillment. Up to 700 parcels leave the site every day. Even when requirements change during ongoing operations, the processes are closely coordinated and flexibly adapted to new needs.
Responding Flexibly to Short-Term Changes in Requirements
Shortly before the planned product launch, the logistics requirements changed significantly once again.
The eCommerce, Contract Logistics and Road teams responded jointly with an additional night shift, overnight transport and close operational coordination. This enabled the deliveries to be organized at short notice and helped support the planned product launch.
